Iain has specialised in property asset management and investment for over 20 years. Iain qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Conrad Ritblat before joining Dawnay, Day where he was responsible for overseeing the asset management of a mixed commercial portfolio with an annual rent roll of c£60 million. Iain co-founded Welbeck in early 2009. Since the formation of Welbeck Iain has overseen the entire portfolio under management and has undertaken a number of income and value-enhancing asset management strategies.
Iain specialises in acquisitions, developing asset management strategies, rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, lease re-gearing, redevelopment and the identification of added-value opportunities.
Richard is a Chartered Accountant who has specialised in Real Estate for the past 20 years. He has previously led the Real Estate Transaction Support Group at Ernst & Young in London before moving to Benchmark Group PLC, a FTSE-listed West End developer/investor and then GE Real Estate where he focused on the financial aspects of various real estate transactions before becoming the Finance Director for Dawnay, Day’s property and private equity businesses where he focused on equity and debt raising, tax structuring, treasury and investor reporting of both UK and overseas investments.
Richard specialises in the financial aspects of real estate transactions including debt raising/refinancing, tax structuring and partnering arrangements.
